Their crimes included offenses against children as young as 2-years-old.

To make matters even worse, Medicaid policies on Viagra are the same across the country.

John Couey, the scum that recently killed Jessica Lunsford, was also a convicted, registered sex offender.

He, like many of his deviate brethren, was walking around this good earth with no ankle bracelet to monitor his whereabouts. However, don't be too alarmed by the decision to allow such human waste to walk around without any monitoring device, after all, with the cost what it is, someone had to decide between a bracelet for Couey or Martha Stewart.
